In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, GRANDE ÉTOILE grants you a voluntary right of return for all purchases of goods within a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
We ask for your understanding that this rule does not apply to vouchers.
The prerequisite for the right of return is that the goods are still sealed, intact and in their original condition. Quality defects or already damaged goods are of course excluded from this exception.
